  Who is a Bully? Bully - a person who hurts , persecutes, or intimidates (intentionally )  weaker or weak section of peoples, intimidates, abuses, harasses, or coerces people, especially those considered unlikely to defend, attack in return or who don't have power to protect, raise voice, against bullying. Generally, bullying can happen anywhere, with anybody (guy or girl) most likely it happen at schools, coaching centers, tution, playground, college or workplace etc. Cyberbullying Same like traditional bullying but is the kind of bully happens at cyberspace , mostly at  social networking sites, using internet and electronic devices - mobiles, computer, laptop, tablet etc.., is known as cyber bullying. When a 18 years below get bullied then it is called as bullying . ज़िंदगी हमेशा वहीं लौटना चाहती है जहाँ जाना मुमकिन नहीं होता। जैसे - पुराना घर, बचपन, बचपन का घर, खुशनुमा यादें, पुराने दोस्त,पहला प्यार, बीते दिन..आदि।  ये साल 2020 हर किसी के जीवन में बहुत से अच्छे बुरे , खट्टे मीठे पल लेकर आया। किसी के अपने छीन गया तो किसी के सपने। किसी को नये रिश्तों में बांध गया तो कुछ पुराने तोड़ गया। कोरोना काल के चलते लोगो को दुनिया और ज़िंदगी की सच्चाई दिखा गया, किसी को मजबूर, कमज़ोर किया तो किसी को मजबूत बना गया। लोगो को कम आय, कम साधन में जीने का सहूर सिखा दिया। हर हालात हर मुश्किल के लिए तैयार रहना सिखा दिया। ज़िंदगी कभी भी, कहीं भी, किसी को भी, किसी भी पड़ाव पर ला सकती है। हम जो इस साल के आने और जाने के साक्षी बने, यह साल हम सब को हमेशा याद रहेगा। ज़िन्दगी और हालात कभी भी सिर के बल उलट सकते है। स्वास्थ्य   और अपनों से बड़ा कोई धरोहार नहीं होता। निःस्वार्थ सेवा, मानवता से बड़ा कोई धर्म नहीं होता। एक दूसरे के काम आना ही पुण्य कर्म है। हाथ से रेत की तरह फिसलते साल के कुछ आखिरी क्षण में हम, यही दुआ करते है कि अब आगे सब कुछ अच्छा हो, उम्मीद करते हुए की आने वाला साल हम

" जीवन चलने का नाम " इंसान के जीवन में कई पहलू होते है जिसमे सुख और दुख एक ऐसा पहलू है, जो जीवन चक्र की भांति हमारे जीवन में आता है और जाता है, जीवन में हमेशा सुख ही सुख हो या हमेशा दुख ही दुख हो, ऐसा नहीं होता। हर रात के बाद जिंदगी की सुबह भी आती है, ऐसा ही हमारा जीवन है। जब सुख के पल आते है तो हमे एहसास ही नही होता कि कैसे जीवन के पल बीत रहे है। किंतु ऐसे ही सुखद पलो में जब दुख का एक कांटा भी हमे चुभता है तो हम विचलित हो जाते है। संघर्षो और कठिनाइयों की एक ठोकर हमे विचलित कर देती है। संघर्ष और कठिनाइयां हमे जीवन में खूबसूरती प्रदान करती है। हम एक पृथक व्यकित्व के मालिक बनते है। एक दुकान में, एक व्यक्ति जब खूबसूरत मिट्टी के दिये की प्रशंसा करता है, तो मिट्टी का दीया उस व्यक्ति से कहता है कि मेरी इस खूबसूरती की लंबी दास्ताँ है। जब कुम्हार ने मुझे जमीन से खोदकर निकाला तो मैं दर्द से तड़प उठा। उसने मुझे सानकर खूब पीटा तो मैं दर्द से कराह उठा। जब चाक पर मुझे चलाया गया तब मैंने कुम्हार से कहा कि मुझे बहुत तकलीफ हो रही है तुम ऐसा क्यों कर रहे हो? तब कुम्हार ने कहा थोड़ी देर रुको फिर

International Men's Day celebration was first declared by Thomas Oaster in 1992 , to raise awareness about - what men's face and revived in 1999 by Dr. Jerome Teelucksingh in Trinidad and Tobago , understanding the importance of celebrating good male role models, also he felt that there's no day for young boys, teenagers and man( who are not fathers) , so he chose 19 November , his Father's birthday as International Men's Day celebration . (IMD) India inaugurated ceremony of IMD on 19 November 2007 by the leading Indian male rights organization. India accepted this date for IMD celebration because 19 November was already considered as International Men's Day, by rest of the world. International Men's and Women's Day is considered as ' gender-centric ' and they highlight issues that are considered unique to men and women. It emphasises on positive role models.
