 Mental Healthcare Act 2017 "The purpose of this act is to provide mental healthcare and services for persons with mental illness, and to protect, promote, fulfillment of rights of such persons during healthcare period". PART 1  Whoever attempts to commit suicide and does any act towards the commission of such offence, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine, or with both.  Section 309 I.P.C. According to David Emile Durkheim, a French sociologist, "The term suicide is applied to all cases of death resulting directly or indirectly from a positive or negative act of the victim himself, which he knows will produce this result. He also believes that because of high levels of anomie there are high levels of suicide". Suicide is an important issue in the Indian context. More than one lakh (one hundred thousand) lives are lost every year to suicide in our country.  Suicide, is an act of taking one's own life. An act, of escaping from sufferings and pain of life, people choose this option. As if they are not knowing that suicide will end them, not their suffering. Do really? Does it end their sufferings or just it's an end of a life!  ...

 " ....... छन न न नऽऽऽऽऽ 🎵🎶🎶 " ..... और दर्पण/आईना मेरे हाथ से फिसल कर, फ़र्श पे गिरकर टूट गया !! .. मात्र 7 वर्ष की मैं, अपनी आदतानुसार आईने में खुद को निहार रही थी की अचानक आईना मेरे हाथों से फिसलकर फ़र्श पर गिरा और गिरते ही दो टुकड़ों में बट गया, क्योंकि वुडन फ्रेम में बंधा वो आईना वज़नदार था, जो मेरे छोटे- छोटे हाथों में पूरा समा नहीं पाया। और अचानक आईने के यू टूट जाने से मैं काफी घबरा गई। और घबराकर मैंने दर्पण अलमारी के नीचे छुपा दिया। दरअसल वह घबराहट नहीं घबराहट से अधिक डर था । डर इस बात की थी, कि अगर मेरे पापा को इस टूटे हुए दर्पण का पता चला तो वे बहुत गुस्सा होएंगे क्योंकि कुछ हफ़्ते पहले ही वह "वुडेन फ्रेम आईना" पापा ले कर आये थे। अपने कमरे की अलमारी के नीचे आईने को जल्दी से छुपा कर मैं किचन में मम्मी के पास जा कर, अपनी गलती छुपाने के रास्ते ढूंढ़ने लगी, कि यदि मैं मम्मी से कह दूं कि आईना मुझसे टूट गया है तो वो शायद मुझे पापा की डांट से बचाने का प्रयास करे, पर मम्मी से भी अपनी गलती कह नहीं सकी। क्योंकि मुझे मम्मी से भी डर था की कहीं मम्मी ने ही डांट...

  जीवन में ज्ञान, कर्म और उपासना तीनों में से कोई भी मार्ग चुन लें, समस्याएं हर मार्ग पर आएंगी। लेकिन अच्छी बात यह है कि हर समस्या अपने साथ एक समाधान लेकर ही चलती है। समाधान ढूंढने की भी एक नज़र होती है। सामान्यतः हमारी दृष्टि समस्या पर पड़ती है , उसके साथ आये समाधान पर नहीं। श्री रामचरितमानस के सुंदरकांड में जब श्री हनुमान जी लंका की ओर उड़े तो सुरसा ने उन्हें खाने की बात कही। पहले तो श्री हनुमानजी ने उनसे विनती की। इस विनम्रता का अर्थ है शांत चित्त से, बिना आवेश में आये समस्या को समझ लेना। पर सुरसा नहीं मानी और उस ने अपना मुंह फैलाया। "जोजन भरि तेहि बदनु पसारा। कपि तनु कीन्ह दुगुन बिस्तारा।।" उसने योजनभर ( चार कोस में) मुँह फैलाया। तब हनुमान जी ने अपने शरीर को उससे दोगुना बढ़ा लिया । "सोरह जोजन मुख तेहि ठयऊ। तुरत पवनसुत बत्तिस भयऊ।।" उसने सोलह योजन का मुख किया, हनुमानजी तुरंत ही बत्तीस योजन के हो गए। यह घटना बता रही है कि सुरसा बड़ी हुई तो  श्री हनुमानजी भी बड़े हुए । श्री हनुमानजी ने सोचा ये बडी, मैं बड़ा इस चक्कर में तो कोई बड़ा नही हो पाएगा । दुनिय...
